I started off with my water, smoothie and almonds.
I had chips for lunch, I know I know. Dinner is a delicious salad with home made honey mustard dressing. All the ingredients are raw.
My salad was as follows:
Romaine Lettuce
Spinach
Sliced Strawberries
Sliced tomatoes
Grated Cheddar cheese
Diced Avocado
Sea Salt
Fresh Ground pepper
Dressing as follows:
¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
¼ cup raw wild honey
¼ cup flaxseed oil
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until creamy.
